Net Neutrality is nothing but being what they are today. Recently, TRAI and Telecom        operators like Airtel,Vodafone,Reliance etc., are trying to loot their customers with creepy policies of Data usage. It seems TRAI is in support of them by its cheap tricks like naming the file in an Irrelevant way purposefully to misguide the people who tries to oppose its deeds in the legally provided space. You can find the file named Consultation Paper on Regulatory Framework for Over-The-Top(OTT) Services dated 27th of March 2015 leaving almost no time for those who oppose restriction on Data Usage. The file itself is a 118 page file with a hole lot of magics in it. All these suspecious acts of TRAI leads us to suspect the obvious fishy acts of  TRAI. you can find all the details of the so called 'Consultation Paper on Regulatory Framework for Over-The-Top(OTT)'
in the link provided below

Mobile ISP companies are greedy about the money made by Apps like Whatsapp,            Line,Hike,Skype,Viber etc., These greedy network operators want to cut out of the profits made by these independent App's.
For that they are behaving like sluts by bitching around those app's and their services. The major point of these network operators is messaging applications like whatsapp,Line,Hike etc., are providing free sms services causing them a huge revenue loss in that region.
VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) is nothing but Voice and Video calling services that are highly charged in the early days of mobile network are now provided free of cost by applications like Skype,Viber etc.,

Its not at all a loss for network operators because they might have lost some revenue due to these free services provided by third parties but the fact is that they are making it up in data charges. Data usage skyrocketed in the last couple of years due to these third party services.
In the chapter 7 of this so called Consultation Paper on Regulatory Framework for Over-The-Top(OTT) services TRAI asked 20 Questions to the Network Operators. If they find answer are appropriate the TRAI will approve the bill.
